Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects, if any, within three weeks. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners along with other accused persons are said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry by pressing her neck. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46766 of 2022(7) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 and petitioner no. 2 is Devar of the deceased. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioners are also involved in the present case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 74 of 2021. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
