In view of the order dated 27.01.2014 (Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of the O.P.No.2), this Court is satisfied that the order dated 18.04.2013 passed in CWJC No.7575 of 2013 (Annexure-1 to the contempt petition) has been complied with and no further action is required to be taken against the opposite parties in the matter.

Mr.Ravindra Kumar Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P.No.2, undertakes that the consequential benefits shall be given to the petitioner pursuant to the aforesaid order dated 27.01.2014, if the fund is made available to the Corporation and similarly situate other employees of the Corporation are paid such benefits.
