The present contempt application has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 08.03.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13833 of 2004 whereunder the aforesaid writ application was disposed of with direction that the petitioner will file a representation before the Vice-Chancellor, Lalit Narayan Mithila
Patna High Court MJC No.1479 of 2013 dt.24-04-2015 University, Darbhanga, who will pass an order for making payment of salary and if the found is not available with the University send a requisition to the State Government with respect to payment of dues of the petitioner who has been regularized vide Annexure 11. It is expected that the said payment would be made expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the writ court has already been complied with. Since the order, under contempt, has been complied with by the concerned opposite parties, therefore, no further action is required. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.
