The accusation is of assaulting the victim on head with Dabia.

The report of the Superintendent of Police, Purnea dated 08.04.2015 at flag 'X' suggests that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is disposed of. It is expected from learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track No. 3, Purnea to conclude Sessions
