No. 8992 of 2008, filed by Amar Nath @ Bunti. It is learnt that C.W.J.C. was dismissed and thereafter Amar Nath @ Bunti preferred L.P.A. No. 1054 of
Patna High Court C. REV. No.217 of 2019 dt.31-07-2023 2/2 2015 and it was allowed in favour of Amar Nath. Civil Review Petitioner's right is stated to have been affected by virtue of order dated 16.01.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1054 of 2015, in other words, petitioner is stranger to C.W.J.C. as well as L.P.A., therefore, he has no right to seek review of order dated 16.01.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1054 of 2015. Accordingly, the present Civil Review petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke writ jurisdiction.
