=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-03-2017 Writ petition was disposed of directing the District Land Acquisition Officer to take a decision with regard to payment of compensation in Land Acquisition Case No. 5 of 2006-07 and after determining the compensation, the amount be paid to the petitioners. However as per the show-cause filed by the respondents, the matter has been referred to the Special Land Acquisition Judge, Civil Court, Patna vide order dated 18.04.2012 under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act 1984. Once the question of compensation has been referred under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984, no further
Patna High Court MJC No.4095 of 2013 dt.16-03-2017 2/2 indulgence into the matter is called for. The petitioners may seek indulgence after the proceedings are disposed of by the Special Judge where the matter is pending under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984.
