Petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report along with three others including Dharmendra Kumar who has already been admitted to the privilege of bail by this Court. There is omnibus allegation of assault against petitioner and others named in the First Information Report. Petitioner surrendered in the court below on 04.08.2014. Let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39539 of 2014 (3) dt.21-01-2015 (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Rampur (Chauram) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2013.
