The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhabua Mahila P.S. Case No.18 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the specific allegation made in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21422 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 2 / 2 same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
