The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 376 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the First Information Report there is allegation of outraging the modesty but later part of the statement shows that she has made a statement that on the pretext of entering into marriage petitioner has established the physical relationship who is residing in Saudi Arabia. Later on he has refused to enter into marriage.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19826 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 let petitioner, namely, Md. Soni @ Md. Masrur @ Masrur Arif, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- II, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S.
