JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard Sri Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail in Case no.82C2 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been made accused on allegation of recovery of about 5 Kg Ganja from his house.

Considering the nature of accusation, the Court is of the opinion that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
