It appear from Annexure A to the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 and 3 that the order has been passed in compliance of the direction contained in order dated 24.8.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20513 of 2010 In above view of the matter, in my considered opinion, this proceeding cannot continue further. Accordingly, the same is dropped.

However, the petitioner, if he so desires, would be

Patna High Court MJC No.2400 of 2013 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 at liberty to assail the aforesaid order contained in Annexure A before a competent forum.
