JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 The present application has been filed for bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 193 of 2012 wherein process has been issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 504 and 506 of the IPC and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the court of learned CJM, Samastipur.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue has been settled between the parties, hence learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application.
