Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The dispute is amongst the spouse and on account thereof, two cases has been instituted, the first one Complaint Case No.192/2012 and the second one Mahila Sitamarhi (Sadar) P.S. Case No.23/2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is fair in submission that both the cases have been amalgamated under the guise of Section 210 of the Cr.P.C. That being so, the grievances of the petitioner is found fully redressed and that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3306 of 2016 (4) dt.24-09-2018 being so, instant petition has become infructuous whereupon, is dismissed.
