The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Chandi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant filed complaint case on the basis of which the present FIR was registered. The informant alleged that former Sarpanch Kiran Devi and Up-Sarpanch Pramila Devi issued a cheque of Rs. 22,000/- in the name of the petitioner Bebi Kumari, the Secretary of Gram Kachahari.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sarpanch and Up-Sarpanch issued the cheque only under the head of salary of the petitioner and, the petitioner accordingly encash

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the petitioner in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Chandi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
