The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is indecisiveness on the part of the respondent University.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner was referred to the Statutory Committee for approval and the matter of approval is pending in the said committee since 14.03.2018.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13957 of 2019(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the University and the Statutory Committee of the University to take appropriate decision with regard to the pending case of the petitioner for approval at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
