The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
From the house of Maseer, three pistols with Magazines and five live cartridges were recovered when Maseer suggested that these arms and ammunitions were kept in the house by this petitioner being his brother.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has not been made from possession of this petitioner and Maseer has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 41516 of 2014. A statement has been made in paragraph no.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40676 of 2014 (4) dt.20-01-2015 2 / 2 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 260 of 2014.
