In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Shiv Sagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No.109 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Complaint Case No. 438 of 2014 was filed, which was later on registered as Shiv Sagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 108 of 2014. Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have killed the victim by burning.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
