prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue an appropriate order/s direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the Respondents to make the payment of Security Deposit as well as amount of extension of time to the petitioner who has completed the work assigned to him in connection with agreement No. F2-6 of 2010-11 and agreement No. F2-14 of 2010-11 entered into between the petitioner and Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Gaya under the Bihar Public Works Department. (ii) To direct the Respondents to make the payment of 15% interest on the aforementioned security deposit as well as amount of extension of time for the completion of work against Fs6/ 2010-11 and F214/2010-11 due on the account of delay and latches on their part."

At the outset, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Jehanabad for redressal

of the grievances of the petitioner.

The Ld. Counsel for the Respondent State Shri Birju Prasad, G.P. 13 has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Tiwary/-
