The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 188, 290 IPC, Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner was found in drunken condition and one country made pistol with live cartridges were recovered.
