2. This writ application has been filed for a direction to respondents not to disturb the petitioner over the land in question situated in Karath Rajwaha village Tarari, which is in petitioner's possession on the basis of settlement.

3. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ application with direction to the Collector, Bhojpur (Ara) to dispose of representation / complaint, which is said to have been filed on 25.09.2018 (Annexure '5' to the writ application).

In view of limited prayer made on behalf of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent i.e. Respondent no. 4/Collector, Bhojpur, Ara to consider the representation / complaint filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

5. With above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
