JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State has pointed out that prior to filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner has already filed one another writ petition bearing CWJC No.6634 of 2020, wherein the petitioner has prayed for exactly the same relief, as has been prayed for in the present petition, hence the present petition is not maintainable.

It is further submitted that the said writ petition, i.e. the one bearing CWJC No.6634 of 2020 is still pending adjudication.
