The petitioner and the informant are full brothers and allegation is that on 12.11.2016 when the informant was working at the filed this petitioner and his wife came and started abusing This petitioner allegedly gave a blow on his head causing bleeding injuries. From the impugned order of the learned Sessions Judge, I find that the informant sustained only one injury and there is no repetition of blow.
However, learned APP opposed the submissions. In view of the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Buniyadganj P.S.Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30895 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 No.191 of 2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
