2. The petitioner by invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a

Patna High Court CWJC No.11620 of 2024(2) dt.05-08-2024 2/3 direction upon the respondent no. 6 to consider and dispose of Jamabandi Appeal Case preferred against the order passed in Jamabandi Mutation Case No. 55/R27/2021-2022 by the Circle Officer, Hulashganj, Jehanabad with respect to the land appertaining to Khata No. 03, Khesra No. 1937, Mauza Dabthu (692), Circle Hulasganj, Subdivision Jehanabad, District Jehanabad.

Various submissions have been made in the writ petition, including the bona fide shown by the petitioner that he is title holder and has been coming in continuous possession of the land, in question. It is also contended that the petitioner has been regularly paying malgujari rent to the Government of Bihar. The Genealogical Table has also been brought on record.

4. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State submits that since the matter is pending before the learned DCLR, Jehanabad, Bihar, who is in seisin; of the matter; all the facts and documents are required to be placed before him.

5. In view of the submissions advanced, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 6 to consider the stand of the petitioner along with the documents placed in support of his claim and dispose of the Jamabandi Appeal expeditiously, preferably within a period of
