Case No. 242 of 2013, therefore, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code The petitioners are not named in the first information report. Name of the petitioners figured in the confessional statement of co-accused. The I.O. did not collect any tangible evidence to show the involvement of the petitioners except the confessional statement.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial magistrate Nalanda at Biharsharif in Laheri P.S. Case No. 242 of 2013.
