The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 79 of2016 registered under Sections 143, 147, 148, 188, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a member of mob of around 300-400 people. He has been implicated in this case on suspicion. Allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner is aged about 64 years old. In the occurrence, no one got injured. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23667 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 79 of2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
