ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No.191 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. The same is, accordingly, rejected.
