1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has made an application for empanelment on 06.12.2023 and directions may be given to the authority concerned to consider the same on merits and pass necessary orders.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that he has no instructions as to whether the petitioner has made an application for empanelment on

3. Having regard to the above made submissions without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the authority concerned for empanelment within a period of four weeks from today.

4. On such representation being made, the same shall be considered on its own merits and necessary orders passed within a period of six weeks thereof.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
