1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No.50/2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 21© of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V-cum-Special Judge Excise Act-1st, Madhepura.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail application to the petitioner, as the informant alleges that 13 litres of codeine cough syrup was recovered from the courtyard of the petitioner.
