The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pipara Kothi P.S. Case No. 155 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari. The allegation of informant Angad Yadav is that he performed the marriage of his daughter with Rakesh Kumar on 20.04.2016, but after marriage her husband, mother-in-law, brother-in-law and Gotni used to demand Bolero as dowry and gave threatening to kill her. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14936 of 2017 (4) dt.06-07-2017 2/3 know that his daughter is not at her Sasural. Thereafter, informant went to the matrimonial house of her daughter then her motherin-law informed that yesterday she went to fare, but she did not returned. In course of search, the informant come to know that the dead body of his daughter is lying in hospital then he went to Sadar Hospital and received the dead body of his daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is the mediator and 'Fufa' in relation of the husband of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner No. 2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased and aged about 60 years. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner No.
1 Langtu Rai be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Motihari in connection with Piparakothi P.S. Case No.
(2) of the Cr.P.C So far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.2 Jeera Devi. Accordingly, her prayer for grant of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14936 of 2017 (4) dt.06-07-2017 3/3 anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
