In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to make entire payment of arrears to the petitioner on verification of the record, whether the petitioner has worked for the period he is claiming salary. The entire exercise in this regard may be completed by the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Supaul
Patna High Court CWJC No.23230 of 2012(3) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and ensure payment, if there is any delay in making payment, the payment will carry interest @ 9 % per annum which shall be paid from the pocket of the Erring Officers of the Education Department.
