JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of State The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is non-payment of arrears despite direction of this court contained in Annexure-5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to make entire payment of arrears to the petitioner on verification of the record, whether the petitioner has worked for the period he is claiming salary. The entire exercise in this regard may be completed by the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Supaul
