The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 1978 of 2011, which stood dismissed, so far as respondent no. 5 is concerned, due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 02-02-2011.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the respondent no. 5 has already appeared and even filed counter affidavit in the main writ petition.

I have examined the record, which suggests that respondent no. 5 has already filed counter affidavit. In view of facts & circumstances, the restoration petition stands allowed.

The writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 1978 of 2011, so
