JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with /Sherghati P.S. Case No. 198 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 20th February, 2017 the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. Mediation Report is on the record at Falg 'P'. Perusal whereof shows that matter has been settled and parties are ready to live with each other peacefully and happily. Learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that parties have sorted out their differences and are ready to live together happily.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.7805 of 2017(5) dt.29-08-2017 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 198 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
