Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sasaram Towan (Model) P.S. Case No. 1270 of 2018 for the offence under sections 356, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was not named in the FIR. He was remanded in the instant case on 9.1.2019 yet he has not been put on TIP. Learned counsel submits that similarly circumstanced others have been granted bail.

Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR and he was remanded on 9.1.2019 yet he has not been put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
