The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mokamah Case No. 02 of 2017 registered under Section 3 RP (UP) Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Santosh Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 41826 of 2017 on 11.09.2017. Taking the above facts and circumstances into consideration, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39935 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with R.P.F. Post, Mokamah Case No. 02 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
