The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 305 of 2019 dated 25.04.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

It is alleged against him that he along with others assaulted the informant by means of dagger. The injuries caused by the petitioner is reported to be simple in nature.

The petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
