This application has been filed for quashing of the notices dated 17.06.2023 passed by the Circle Officer, Supaul in Encroachment Case No. 10 of 2022.

The petitioner is given liberty to challenge the notices dated 17.06.2023 passed by the Circle Officer, Supaul in Encroachment Case No. 10 of 2022 under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 within thirty days from today. In case, the petitioner applies for certified copy of the Final Order before the Circle Officer, Supaul, the same shall be supplied to the petitioner within two days of the application

Patna High Court CWJC No.11737 of 2023(2) dt.04-12-2023 2/2 filed by the petitioner.

In case, an Appeal is filed by the petitioner within thirty days, the same shall be decided on merits and the limitation may not come in the way of the appeal. The construction of the petitioner shall not be disturbed till next thirty days of hearing.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
