The present writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:
"1. That this writ petition is directed for issuance of direction to the respondents payment of Group Insurance amount (G.I.C.), General Provident Fund (G.P.F.) and earned leave amount for 300 days and etc. Revised P.P.O. & G.P. O and other admitted admissible retirement benefit ad contained in (Annexure01) with statutory interest and 10% percent on the total dues."
It is submitted by learned AC to G.A. 5 that entire payment has been made to the petitioner. Learned counsel for
Patna High Court CWJC No.18212 of 2016(7) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner does not dispute this fact. However, he claims that in case there is any miscalculation of the due amount, the petitioner may be given the liberty to file a representation before the appropriate authority for redressal of her grievance. In view of the fact that the entire claim of the petitioner has been redressed, this writ application is disposed of as it has become infructuous, with the liberty aforementioned to the petitioner.
