Apprehending his arrest in Sigori P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered under sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the present application is filed for grant of pre-arrest bail. The deceased was the daughter of the informant. When the mother returned back home, she found the petitioner and two others escaping from the room of her daughter. As she entered into the room, the daughter was found dead due to poisoning. Contention of the petitioner is that she herself committed suicide. The newspaper reporting also supports his case. Learned APP opposed the prayer and placed the impugned order.

Considering the seriousness of the case and the allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32973 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 attributed to the petitioner, I am not persuaded to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected. Petitioner shall surrender and pray for regular bail. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Pankaj/- U T
