Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.6 & 7 submits that the present writ petition is completely misconceived and not tenable as no substantive right of the parties has been decided by the impugned letter dated 10.07.2012 (Annexure-6) issued by the respondent D.C.L.R. Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
