The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that the matter is of love-affairs. The victim stated that she had traveled along with petitioner at different places without any protest and complain. Nothing more is alleged against the petitioner.

No.24776 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 Considering the substance in the submission, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bagha, West Champaran/Successor Court in connection with Gobarahiya Police Station Case No.5 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With further condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
