2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Khaira P. S. Case No. 65 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Section 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act which was earlier rejected by order dated 20.03.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 4760 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and no recovery of the Rifle or live Cartridge were made from him and he has been implicated only on the basis of past cases instituted against him. The petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2013

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.50829 of 2014 (2) dt.10-02-2016 circumstances of the case and considering the period of custody suffered by the petitioner, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 65 of 2013.
