Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Kartaha P.S. Case No. 20 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

There is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the deceased. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case of grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
