The applications of petitioner nos.1 and is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

Petitioner no.3 Mukesh Kumar @ Mukesh Yadav apprehends his arrest in Naubatpur P.S. Case No.575 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57235 of 2021(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner no.3, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.575 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
