Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's appointment pursuant to the direction given by this Court in the order dated 4.9.2013 in C.W.J.C.No. 19131/2012 has been made by an order dated 27.6.2015 passed by the Civil Surgeon in capacity of Member Secretary of the District Health Society, East Champaran, Motihari, vide Annexure 'E' to the supplementary show cause, this contempt application is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Surgeon cum Member Secretary to ensure that the petitioner shall not be denied any other benefit admissible to others who were appointed in the same process of selection in course of which

Patna High Court MJC No.6482 of 2013 (4) dt.01-07-2015 the appointment of the petitioner was denied on the ground of her mark-sheet and the certificate issued by the Bihar Nurses Registration Council to be forged. As a matter of fact now when the Civil Surgeon has appointed the petitioner treating such marksheet and the certificate of the petitioner to be valid and genuine it would be his duty to ensure that barring payment of salary all other benefit which has become admissible to others is also extended to the petitioner as if her appointment was made alongwith others appointed earlier.

The personal appearance of Dr. Alok Kumar, In-charge Civil Surgeon, East Champaran is dispensed with. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) surendra/- U
