1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being directed against the exparte order of the Patna Regional Development Authority dated 29.03.2006, said to have been passed in Case No.33B/2005 (Vijay Kumar vs. Rajeev Kumar) for demolition of the house situated over Plot No.1174, on the allegation of encroachment of passage of 6'ft wide, said to have been carved out by the vendor of the mother of the respondent no.3, at the time of selling of land to his mother vide sale deed dated 28.07.1965 and for further quashing of the alleged demarcation and demolition proceedings of the house of the aforesaid writ petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 29.03.2006, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.
