JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 148, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant and other family members due to which, they sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Yuvraj Kumar and not against this petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
