JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to AAG No. 3 as well as learned counsel for the private respondents. The present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961, which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. The Bihar Land Tribunal constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 is already functioning.

The court considers that such dispute can well be adjudicated by the Bihar Land Tribunal.

Accordingly, in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U
