In the present case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 for offence under 120(B), 323, 354, 354(A), 354(D), 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and others have misbehaved and tried to assault sexually but, the victim girl managed to save her dignity. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20462 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Sonu Ram, Ranjit Ram and Babar Ali Khan is rejected.
