The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 464 of 2018 for the offence under sections 120(B), 420, 406, 465, 466, 468, 471, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 28.03.2018 by the complainant, Bibi Akhatri Khatoon.
As per the prosecution story, the complainant alleged that showing forged documents to her brother-in-law (bhaisur) as also her husband, altogether 7.69 lakhs was taken by the accused persons and got the sale deed registered on the basis of forged documents. Accordingly, the complaint. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is

Learned APP, on the other hand, submits that from the F.I.R., it is clear that forged documents were used to extract the money and the complainant/her family members having been bereft of Rs. 7.69 lakhs, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the backdrop of the fact that the complaint was filed in 2018 and he is approaching the Court after five years. Considering the submissions that the learned APP has advanced, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail, which is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) kiran/- U
