The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 380 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that in the present case two incidents have been mentioned. One is dated 16.6.2013 and second is dated 11.12.2016. In the first incident allegation has been made to have caused injury by Dabia. So far incident dated 11.12.2016 is concerned it has been alleged that accused persons including the petitioner have entered into the house, ransacked the house and took away the articles. A counter

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33195 of 2017 (2) dt.24-07-2017 case has also been lodged by the petitioner.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Ashok Kumar Bosak alais Ashok Bosak, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Katihar in connection with C.A. Case No. 2508 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
